If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 60 days of receipt.
Your safety and the safety of others is of utmost importance to us. If you’re unable to get to a Post Office to return your order within our updated 60 day return policy, please email email@example.com with your order number and we’ll be able to make a note on your order.
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Extra care must be taken when trying on our cravats, please ensure you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the return delivery cost. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Before sending any items back to us, send us a brief message to let us know we'll be expecting a return from you, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Once we have replied to your message, please post the item/s to the below address:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 60 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
